3.5lb or 7lb – Impress your guests with this unique offering! Roast Porchetta is a signature product at Local Pig - a combination of pork belly and loin, seasoned and roasted to supple tenderness. Porchetta is exquisite on it's own, but you may want to add some buns to go with it!
